Our client came to us already with a solid patient base and already 3 years of business in offering Esthetic Dental Services. The operation director contacted us to help them boost patient acquisition after a huge slowdown caused by the Corona Virus Crisis.
The problem

The main problems were the uneven patient acquisition to different clinic branches, which are located in different states and strong competition. Also, a lot of freebie seekers, unqualified patients, and a crazy front desk workload with follow-up actions. As a result - high cost per patient acquisition and low patient flow.

The goal

Win more implant cases to fill the gaps in their patient acquisition efforts. Create a equable distribution system of booking appointment beetween all clinic branches. Minimize free exams and dominate in each location. And of course, generate awareness about the dental clinic and its treatments. As a result - grow significantly the patient base by branch.

How did we reach our goals?

After deep research of the current situation, historical data from the ads manager, and customer base we decided to focus on implants to promote.
We offered to our client to refuse any kind of free offers (free exams) and to concentrate on payable clients that can become our patients.
To achieve this, we implemented an intermediate call-center to qualify all incoming leads and after qualification transfer them to the client's front desk.
